Vinge contributes to IEL’s Guide to Pay Transparency

What does Sweden’s current legal framework on the principle of equal pay for similar work look like – and what changes have been proposed as a result of the upcoming implementation of the EU Directive on pay transparency?

These questions are addressed in International Employment Lawyer’s new Guide to Pay Transparency, with Vinge’s Emelie Svensäter Jerntorp and Tove Hallbäck authoring the Sweden chapter.

The chapter outlines existing obligations and proposed (but not yet adopted) changes, including reporting obligations, employee rights and cooperation with trade unions.
