Waterland sells IPCOM to Alpha

Vinge has been Swedish counsel to Waterland Private Equity in the sale of Belgian IPCOM N.V. (including its Swedish subsidiary Profisol AB) to Alpha Private Equity. Profisol AB supplies technical insulation from Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Växjö. 

Vinge's team has consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Filip Brosset, Frida Ställborn, Emelle Ouachi and Sophia Holm.
