Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation acquires VG Power AB

Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation has signed an agreement with VG Power AB regarding the acquisition of the majority shareholding in the company. The share means that Voith Siemens Hydro can broaden their expertise in hydro generators.

Vinge acted as advisor to Voith Siemens Hydro. Representatives from Vinge included Karin Ulberstad and Anna Edström.
