Vinge represents the shareholders in Ventelo Holding AB in connection with the sale to Bredbåndsalliansen AS. Bredbåndsalliansen will buy Ventelo’s Norwegian business for MEUR 279 and will at the same time merge with BaneTele.

The sellers are represented by partners Johan Göthberg and Robert Wikholm with assistance from tax lawyer Maria Schultzberg and associate Nina Farrahi.
