Vinge represents the sellers of the Tennant Insurance Group

Vinge represented the sellers of the Tennant Insurance Group, which was acquired by the Norwegian insurance company, Gjensidge. Tennant Insurance conducts insurance business in Sweden and Norway. The acquisition is conditioned on the granting of approval.

Vinge’s team included Per Brandt (consultant and former general counsel at Trygg-Hansa), Peter Morawetz, Lennart Larsson (partners) and Johan Kjellsson (associate), with Yvette Beudat serving as project assistant

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle.
