Vinge represents the owners of Axel Arigato AB in connection with Eurazeo Brands the investment from of EUR 56 million into the company.

Through the investment, Eurazeo Brands becomes the company’s majority owner, alongside Axel Arigato’s founders, Albin Johansson and Max Svärdh.

Axel Arigato AB was established in 2014 and is a fast-growing fashion company within the premium segment for sneakers and streetwear. Eurazeo Brands is a division within the publicly listed French investment company Eurazeo SE.

The Vinge team consisted primarily of Jesper Ottergren and Charlotte Akej.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
