Vinge represents Stockholm Stadshus AB in the sale of CentrumKompaniet AB of Stockholm

Vinge is representing Stockholm Stadshus AB in the sale of  CentrumKompaniet AB of Stockholm to Boultbee. The sale involves 100 per cent of the shares in CentrumKompaniet, and is a result of a decision of the Stockholm City Council in December 2006. The value of the property is SEK 10.4 billion, and the sales price is SEK 5.7 billion.
 
Partners Patrick Forslund and Stefan de Hevesy, together with associates Niclas Winnberg, Daniel Unger and Caroline Gebauer are representing Stockholm Stadshus AB.
