Vinge represents Redevco in the purchase of real estate

Vinge has represented Redevco on its purchase of a retail property in Knalleland, Borås. The property is 2,600 square meters large, and contains tenants such as JC, Sportex and Kjell & Co. The purchase price is SEK 52 million.
 
Patrick Forslund, as partner, and associate Jonas Erlandsson represent Redevco.
