Vinge represents Komplett in offer for inWarehouse

The Norwegian listed company Komplett ASA has submitted an offer for its Swedish sector-colleague inWarehouse AB, whose shares are traded on First North. The companies' activities include selling consumer electronics over the Internet. The offer, which is worth approximately SEK 173 million has been recommended by inWarehouse's board of directors and is supported by most major shareholders.

Vinge was adviser to Komplett. Johan Cederlund, Erik Sjöman, Peter Forsberg and Maria Schultzberg represented Vinge.
