Vinge represents Industri Kapital in the sale of Elektrokoppar to Liljedahlsbolagen. Elektrokoppar is one of the leading manufacturers of copper wire rod and winding wire in Europe. The company has about 600 employees, and maintains manufacturing facilities in Sweden, Germany, Poland and China.

Partner Malin Leffler, together with associates Jonas Bergström and Peter Svanqvist, as well as project assistant Victoria Borg are representing Industri Kapital in the sale.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
