Vinge represents Harvey Nash Plc in its acquisition of Alumni AB

The magazine, Affärsvärlden, ranks Alumni AB as the top Executive Search company and provider of strategic leadership in Sweden. By its acquisition of Alumni AB, with offices in Stockholm, Malmö and Göteborg, Harvey Nash now expands its European operations in the fast-growing Scandinavian market, and planning additional growth in the Nordics.

Harvey Nash was represented by David Aversten and Lena Almefelt, the partner in charge, as well as Christine Andersen, Erik Plith, Nina Farrahi and Fredrik Gustavsson.

Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I and on a fund credit facility agreement in connection with the fundraising

 Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of the continuation fund Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I AB. In connection with the establishment, the fund acquires the portfolio companies SI and SMG from Alder II. Vinge also advised Alder on the entering into of a fund credit facility agreement with SEB.
