Vinge represented Catena upon the sale of property for SEK 235 million

Catena has sold six properties located in Trelleborg, Skara, Skövde, Falköping, Eskilstuna and Strängnäs to the Scottish Kenmore Property Group. Through the sale, Catena disposes of all its properties located outside the four prioritised growth areas in the Nordic Region: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Öresund and Oslo.

Vinge was adviser to Catena during the sale. Magnus Pauli and Daniel Ericsson represented Vinge.
