Vinge is advising Ratos on its acquisition of Mobile Climate Control

Ratos acquires a 60% interest in Mobile Climate Control (MCC) from its founder Mr. Gunnar Mannerheim. MCC specializes in custom installation, manufacture and design of heating and air conditioning systems (HVAC) for all types of vehicles. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

The Vinge team advising Ratos includes Carl Gustaf de Geer, Jan Byström, Marion Ehmann, Mattias Larsson, Mats Hävermark and Sara Magnusson.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
