Vinge is advising Acrinova in its rights issue

Vinge is advising Acrinova AB (publ) in connection with a rights issue which will provide Acrinova with issue proceeds amounting to a maximum of SEK 130 million.

Acrinova is an entrepreneurial-run real estate company operating in southern Sweden with a focus on the Öresund region. Acrinova’s property portfolio is developed through acquisitions, project development and refinement.

Acrinova is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Vinge’s team consisted of Linnéa Sellström, Julia Hirschberg and Lorin Arabi.

 Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
