Vinge is acting for Litorina Kapital III in the acquisition of Pahléns Fabriker AB

Vinge is acting for Litorina Kapital III in the acquisition of Pahléns Fabriker AB from the Pahlén family. Pahléns Fabriker are manufacturers of swimming pool products and supply equipment to small private pools as well as large communal facilities. Through this acquisition, Litorina Kapital will become the owner of 75 per cent of the company. The Pahlén family will remain the owners of the rest of the company.

Litorina Kapital III L.P. is represented by partners Johan Winnerblad and Mikael Ståhl, assisted by Theresa Kovac, Joacim Rydergård and Nils Taro-Lock.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
