Vinge has represented Svenska Handelsbanken

Vinge represented Svenska Handelsbanken in the refinancing and entering into of new financing agreements in a total amount of SEK 1.7 billion in connection with the division of the B&B TOOLS Group in two separate listed companies by way of a spin-off and separate listing of the operating segment Momentum Group, which mainly consists of reselling businesses.

In connection with the spin-off, the remaining B&B TOOLS operating segment took back its previous name Bergman & Beving.

Vinge’s team consisted of principally Louise Brorsson Salomon and Linn Adelwald.
