Vinge has represented Adelis

Vinge has represented Adelis in connection with Presto Brandsäkerhet and Aptum joining forces to become the leading player in fire safety in the Nordic region with revenue of more than SEK 700 million.

In connection with the transaction, Adelis Equity Partners will become the new majority owner. The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent.

Vinge’s team comprised of, among others, Christina Kokko, Johanna Wiberg, Michaela Cronemyr, Marith Welin-Beger and Fredric Reissmüller (M&A) as well as Johan Wahlbom (competition law)
