Vinge has assisted the shareholders of Holmbergs Safety System Holding AB in connection with the sale of Holmbergs Safety System Holding AB to FSN Capital.

Holmbergs Safety System was founded in 1938 and is a global market leader in child restraint harnesses for car seats and vehicle fastening systems.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Erik Gabrielson together with associate Mattias Sköld and, among others, Hampus Wikerstål and Lena Lundahl.
