Vinge has assisted the shareholders of Expertmaker AB in connection with the sale of the shares in Expertmaker AB to eBay International AG.

Vinge’s team consisted of Henrik Ossborn, Anna Edström, Fredrik Christiansson, Sebastian Frisk and Mattias Sköld.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
