Vinge has assisted Cavotec SA in a directed new share issue

Vinge has asssited Cavotec SA in a directed new share issue to Bure Equity AB. The new issue consists of 7,138,780 new shares, corresponding to approx. 9.9% of the total number of shares outstanding in Cavotec, and will provide Cavotec with net proceeds of approx. SEK 187 million.

The Vinge team included Jesper Schönbeck and Joakim Hagberg.
