Vinge has assisted Arise and Sydvästanvind with the sale of the wind farm Jädraås

The Jädraås wind farm consists of 66 wind turbine generators and is one of the largest independently owned operating wind farms in the Nordic region.

Vinge has assisted Arise AB (publ) and Sydvästanvind AB (managed by Platina Energy Partners LLP) with the sale of the wind farm Jädraås in Ockelbo municipality. 
 
Vinge’s team has consisted of, among others, Peter Sundgren, Isabelle Jengsell (M&A), Anna Åhlberg and Sebastian Frisk (Banking and Finance).
