Vinge has advised Trellis Road in connection with fund establishment

Vinge has advised Trellis Road in connection with the structuring, fund raising and establishment of Trellis Road’s first micro fund.

Trellis Road is a Swedish venture capital fund with a global investment mandate focusing on early investments in food tech startup companies. The fund, which is backed by a number of successful entrepreneurs, closed in December 2021 in the amount of USD 18 million.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Rickard Vernet and Viveka Claesson (regulatory issues).
