Vinge has advised Transtema in connection with a directed share issue

Vinge has advised Trantema Group AB (Nasdaq Stockholm) in connection with a directed share issue of approximately SEK 63 million.

The subscription price was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure and the shares were allocated to a number of Swedish and international institutional investors.

Vinge's team consisted of Anders Strid and Edin Agic.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
