Vinge has advised The Weir Group in connection with its acquisition of Sentiantechnologies AB (“Sentian”)

The Weir Group, a global and world-leading company within global mining technologies, has completed its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Sentian, a Swedish-based developer of AI solutions that optimise performance in minerals processing.

Vinge’s team consisted of among other Jonas Bergström, Per Kling, Sara Passandideh, Filip Magnusson, Jolene Reimerson, Carl Lexenberg, Gulestan Ali and Gabriella Balbo.
