Lundby Plåt Aktiebolag provides services within sheet metal work. The acquirer was the Gothenburg based contracting and construction services company, Göfast Gruppen AB.

Vinge's team consisted of Magnus Pauli, Johanna Hamrefält (project manager), Amelia Rihs, Fredrik Löwenclou and Tyra Fellbom von Mentzer.

 Vinge has advised IK Partners and its portfolio company Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik, a company specialising in refrigeration technology and refrigeration services in southern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
