Vinge has advised the arrangers in connection with Heimstaden’s EUR 350,000,000 bond issuance

The banks acted as arrangers and bookrunners in connection with Heimstaden AB’s (publ) issuance of EUR 350,000,000 senior unsecured bonds, within a framework amount of EUR 450,000,000.

The bond proceeds are intended to be used for the purchase of equity in Heimstaden Bostad AB and general corporate purposes. In accordance with the terms and conditions, the bonds are intended to be listed on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of Louise Brorsson Salomon and Lionardo Ojeda (Banking and Finance) together with Jesper Schönbeck and Linnéa Sellström (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
