Vinge has advised Stirling Square Capital Partners (“SSCP”) in connection with the sale of part of its holding in Infobric to KKR

Pursuant to the transaction, KKR has become a significant owner, while SSCP will remain the largest owner.

Infobric is a Swedish software company that develops IT solutions for the construction industry and is particularly renowned for its access control and attendance registration systems. The company was founded in 2004 in Jönköping.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Magnus Pauli, Anna Palmérus, Petronella Hallberg, Anna Ståhlklo, Rebecka Margolin, Marcus Bergström, Filippa Berggren and Fredrik Löwenclou.
