Vinge has advised Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) on an offering of convertible bonds raising approximately SEK 1,609 million in gross proceeds and an extension of the existing SEK 6,650m credit facilities.

Scandic is the largest hotel company in the Nordic countries with about 58,000 rooms at approximately 280 hotels in operation and under development. Scandic is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid cap.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Amanda KnutssonWilliam Kåge and Anders Sundin Lundberg (Capital markets), Louise Brorsson SalomonLinn Adelwald, Ludvig Wettergren and Rebecka Målquist (Banking and Finance).
