Vinge has advised Realsolv in connection with four acquisitions

Vinge has advised Reasolv, a Group that offers administration and management services to housing cooperative associations, on its acquisitions of Conzignus Hem och Fastighet, Rådrum and Valvet Förvaltning as well as in the acquisition of Azets Insight’s business unit for administration and management services to housing cooperative associations.

Vinge’s team has consisted of among others Jonas Bergström, Daniel Rosvall, Oscar Rydén and Manne Bergström.

 Vinge has advised the property company Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of shares of series D through which the company raises proceeds of approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs. A part of the share issue is subject to subsequent approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
