Vinge has advised Proxima AB

Vinge has advised Proxima AB in connection with the acquisition from Östergötlands Läns Landsting of certain healthcare units of Motala Lasarett. The acquired units include orthopedics, surgery and women’s healthcare. Approximately 165 healthcare professionals are affected by the transaction.

Proxima, a provider of specialized healthcare services, is owned by private equity funds managed by CapMan and Proxima’s management.

The Vinge team advising Proxima included partner Jan Byström and associates Peter Forsberg and Fredrik Gustafsson.
