Vinge has advised Pale Blue Dot in connection with fund establishment

Vinge has advised Pale Blue Dot in connection with the structuring, fund raising and establishment of Pale Blue Dot’s first fund.

The fund conducted its first close in June 2020 in the amount of EUR 53 million. Pale Blue Dot is a Swedish venture capital fund focusing on early investments in European climate technology companies.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Rickard Vernet, Jesper Ottergren, Joel Wennerholm, Martin Svanberg, as well as Mattias Schömer (Tax) and Viveka Claesson (Regulatory Issues).
