Vinge has advised OptiGroup in connection with the acquisition of Mercamer Oy and Oy Telpak Ab

Mercamer and Telpak are full service packaging distributors with a wide range of industrial packaging products, services and equipment.

With the acquisitions OptiGroup is entering the industrial packaging market in Finland.

Vinge’s team consisted of Christina Kokko, Johanna Wiberg, and Oscar Rydén (M&A), and Anna Palmérus and Rebecka Hansson (competition law).
