Vinge has advised OGI in connection with the sale of Swedsecur to Valedo Partners

Vinge has advised Olsson Groth Invest AB in connection with the sale of Swedsecur AB to Valedo Partners III AB through Prosero Security AB. 

Swedsecur delivers advanced security solutions and specializes in system integration of various IT, alarm, passage, monitoring and security solutions. Prosero Security consists of a number of security companies in Sweden and Norway and conducts operations relating to the installation and service of locks, alarms and monitoring solutions. Prosero Security’s total annual turnover currently amounts to approximately MSEK 550.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Kristian Ford and Anna Edström (real estate related issues).
