Vinge has advised Olsson Groth Invest AB in connection with the sale of Swedsecur AB to Valedo Partners III AB through Prosero Security AB. 

Swedsecur delivers advanced security solutions and specializes in system integration of various IT, alarm, passage, monitoring and security solutions. Prosero Security consists of a number of security companies in Sweden and Norway and conducts operations relating to the installation and service of locks, alarms and monitoring solutions. Prosero Security’s total annual turnover currently amounts to approximately MSEK 550.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
