Vinge has advised Nordea Bank Abp in connection with a tap issue of SEK 100 million hybrid bonds.

Vinge has advised Nordea Bank Abp (“Nordea”) in connection with Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) tap issue of SEK 100 million hybrid bonds under the Company’s existing framework of up to SEK 1500 million.

The hybrid bonds are perpetual and currently carry a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3M + 6.35 per cent. Nordea has acted as financial advisor to SBB and as issuing agent.

In accordance with the terms and conditions, the subsequent bonds are intended to be listed and admitted to trading on the corporate bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm shortly.
