Vinge has advised Net Insight AB in the divestment of the Streaming Solution business area (Sye) to a Fortune 500 company

With the close of the transaction, 100% of the shares in the wholly owned Sye business subsidiary, all relevant IPRs and contracts and about 30 employees and consultants have been transferred to the acquirer.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Kristina Ekberg and Jesper Schönbeck together with, among others, Johanna Wiberg (M&A), Stojan Arnerstål (IP) and Maria Schultzberg (tax).

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
