Vinge has advised Nabo, a leading software and service company that serves the residential real estate market, in connection with its acquisition of two housing management companies in Finland, MTR-Isännöinti Oy and Suomen Tekninen Isännöinti Oy.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Bergström, Johanna Wiberg, Christa Anttila and Nando Basic (M&A).
