Vinge has advised Manor Investment S.A. and Ernst Rosén AB in connection with the sale of their respective shares in Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ), in aggregate constituting a majority stake in Rabbalshede Kraft.

Rabbalshede Kraft is a leading and long-term player in renewable energy in the Nordic region. Rabbalshede Kraft plan, build and own land-based wind farms that it sell or manage.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partner Peter Sundgren, associates Isabelle Jengsell and Olivia Belding.
