Blika provides a modular, best-of-breed SaaS system which allows companies to monitor legal structures ensuring proper governance and compliance. The platform helps enterprises to comply with tax, legal and transfer pricing regulations such as DAC6 and IFRIC 23.

Blika is headquartered in Stockholm with additional offices in Kalmar and Oskarshamn and has a large client base comprising European and global multinational businesses including Fortune 500 companies.

Vinge’s team consisted of Filip Öhrner, Manne Bergström, Egil Svensson (M&A), Veronika Garemark, Elin Broman (Employment), Rebecka Målquist (IP), Lisa Hörnqvst, Karolina Fuhrman (Commercial Agreements, IT & GDPR) and Jessica Henning (VDR Assistant).

Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I and on a fund credit facility agreement in connection with the fundraising

 Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of the continuation fund Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I AB. In connection with the establishment, the fund acquires the portfolio companies SI and SMG from Alder II. Vinge also advised Alder on the entering into of a fund credit facility agreement with SEB.
