Vinge has advised Insight Partners in connection with its investment by participation in a MSEK 190 investment round in Insurely. Insurely offers a digital platform which gives insurance policyholders easy access to an overview of their insurance policies.

Vinge’s team consisted of Christina Kokko, Johan Larsson, Isabelle Wållgren and Nando Basic (M&A), Viveka Classon and Elin Samara (Insurance regulatory), Fredrika Hjelmberg (IT), Nicklas Thorgerzon (GDPR), Elin Broman (Employment), Axel Lennartsson (IPR), Tove Tullberg (Compliance) and Sara Dahlros Sköld (VDR).
