Vinge has advised GPD Companies Inc. in connection with the acquisition of Distrupol

Vinge has advised GPD Companies Inc, an affiliate of private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners, LLC, in connection with the acquisition of Distrupol from Univar Solutions Inc. Distrupol is one of Europe’s leading distributors of thermoplastic polymers and elastomers, serving more than 1,300 customers across 13 countries.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Christina Kokko, Isabelle Jengsell and Ellinor Wargenbrant.
