Vinge has advised Flat Capital in connection with its rights issue

Vinge has advised Flat Capital AB (publ) (“Flat Capital”) in connection with its rights issue, which provided Flat Capital with issue proceeds amounting approximately SEK 77 million.

Flat Capital is an investment company founded in 2013 with focus on companies with eminent entrepreneurs in leading positions. Flat Capital is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Joel Wahlberg and Johannes Akyol.
