Vinge has advised EQT IX in connection with sale of shares in Beijer Ref AB (publ)

Vinge has advised EQT IX (”EQT”) in connection with the sale of shares in Beijer Ref AB (publ) through an accelerated bookbuilding process carried out on 17 September 2024.

In total, 20 million shares were placed at a price of SEK 165 per share, corresponding to a total value of SEK 3.3 billion.

Vinge’s team consisted of Sofie Bjärtun and Linnéa Sellström.
