Vinge has advised EQT AB in connection with the refinancing of EQT’s EUR 1,500,000,000 sustainability-linked revolving credit facility

The sustainability-linked credit facility has a tenor of 5 years with two 1-year extension options.

The credit facility was arranged by, among others, Nordea and the lender group consisted of 20 global financial institutions.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Helena Göransson, Josefine Lanker, Kamyar Najmi, Nour Makie and Rebecka Margolin.
