Vinge has advised EQT AB in connection with its inaugural 500 MEUR bond

EQT AB (publ) has completed the issuance of a EUR 500,000,000 sustainability-linked bond maturing in 2031. The bond’s coupon is subject to an increased rate upon the occurrence of triggers linked to certain sustainability performance targets.

Vinge, together with Latham & Watkins, advised EQT AB.

The Vinge team consisted primarily of Louise Brorsson Salomon, Pauline Lagerstrand, Jolinn Uhlin, Linnéa Sellström, Emma Stuart-Beck, Henrik Schön and Lave White.
