Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of Älmby Entreprenad Aktiebolag (”Älmby Entreprenad”)

Älmby Entreprenad is based in Älmhult, has 115 employees and has yearly sales around SEK 500 million. Älmby Entreprenad offers unique solutions in ground construction but also provides demolition and drilling services.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of partner Christina Kokko and associates Manne Bergström, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister, Nando Basic and Ellen Åkerdahl Flygt (M&A), Isak Willborg and Mario Saad (Agreements), Ebba Svenburg (Employment), Jolinn Uhlin (Banking & Finance), Karolina Cohrs and Ulf Pyk (Real Property & Environment), Johan Wahlbom and Victoria Fredén (Competition) and Sara Dahlros Sköld (VDR-assistant).
