Vinge has advised Colosseum in connection with the merger with Smile. The merger has created the largest chain of dental surgeries in Scandinavia with a total of 41 dental surgeries, 25 of which are located in Sweden, 13 in Norway, and 3 in Denmark. Following the merger, the new chain of dental surgeries will employ approximately 800 persons and have a turnover of approximately SEK 850 million. Colosseum is currently owned by IK Investment Partners and its founder.

Vinge's team consisted of partner Jonas Bergström together with associates Joacim Rydergård and Gustav Jönsson.
