Vinge has advised Cavotec SA in connection with rights issue

Cavotec SA (Nasdaq Stockholm) has completed a rights issue of shares, whereby Cavotec SA raised proceeds of MSEK 204, before issue costs.

Cavotec is a leading engineering group that designs and manufactures automated connection and electrification systems for ports, airports and industrial applications worldwide. 

Vinge has advised Cavotec in relation to Swedish law. Vinge’s team has mainly consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Malte Hedlund, Edin Agic and Anna-Karin Alin. Maria Schultzberg and Henrik Wastenson advised on tax issues.

Vinge advises Morrow Bank in connection with cross-border merger and list change from Oslo Børs to Nasdaq Stockholm

Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
