Vinge has advised Bilia AB publ

Vinge has advised Bilia AB (publ), listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, in conjunction with a tap issue of MSEK 250 within the scope of its non-subordinated corporate bonds, with a maturity date in March 2021.

The issue was performed as an interest expense corresponding to STIBOR 3 months + 150 interest points up to maturity. In total, the new outstanding amount following the issue is MSEK 750.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible advokat Yohanna Öhrnegård assisted by Lina André.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
