Vinge has advised AZ Group in connection with investment in Senzum

Vinge has advised AZ Group AB in connection with its investment in Senzum AB.

Senzum specializes in performing creative aftermarket services on behalf of, among others, online trading companies. AZ Group is a Helsingborg‑based investment company which was incorporated in 2017.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Kristian Ford and Jesper Schönbeck together with associates Niklas Törnell and Freja Ljungdell Kristensen.
