Vinge has advised Axcel and Netel in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Medam AB. The company primarily provides services within the micro trenching business.

Vinge's team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko and associates Anna Möller, Johanna Wiberg, Lova Unge and Matilda Gustavsson.

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo.
